Terms of Use
By accessing or using our products, the Midtown Technologies, you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms of Use"). These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. You aren't allowed to use any of our products w/out agreeing on our Terms of Use.
What services are covered by this agreement?
All products made by Midtown technologies will be covered by this agreement. This includes Midtown OS and Midtown accounts. Products in the future will use this agreement too.
How do I accept on the agreement ?
By using or accessing our products.
Can Midtown Technologies change this Terms of Use ?
Ofcourse, Midtown may change these terms anytime. If we do, we'll contact you. If you do not agree on the new Terms, then you have no right to use our products (duh)
For Midtown accounts
You may need a Midtown account to use some of our apps. This includes : The Midtown Store. You can create multiple accounts w/ the same email. To keep your Midtown account safe, choose a password w/ letters, numbers and symbols.
Speaking of Security, Midtown Technologies is not responsible for any hacking (and/or related to hacking) that will happen to your account. Keep in mind that we do not recommend using your password that you're also using on other services, this includes your social, banking, etc accounts.
Midtown OS is a property of Midtown Technologies. Once, you've used Midtown OS, you're agreeing...
Distribution of Midtown OS
You are not allowed to upload the file to a different file hosting site (ex: OneDrive, Google Drive, etc). Midtown Technologies is the one who will upload the file. Installers or without installers, we'll still be the one who'll upload that.
Midtown OS is a closed source PowerPoint OS
That means, you cannot modify any changes on the OS. This includes that User Interface, code, etc. However, we provide Open Source versions of Midtown, so that is excluded.
